Government to Pay Maine Community $54 Million to Resolve Risk Corridors Dispute

Maine Community Health Options will receive $54 million from the federal government to resolve the insurer’s lawsuit seeking risk corridors payments for fiscal years 2014, 2015, and 2016, according to a joint stipulation filed by the parties in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims on June 22.
