Sixth Circuit Says Whistleblower Retaliation Provision Applies to Post-Termination Actions

The Sixth Circuit held March 31 that the anti-retaliation provision of the False Claims Act (FCA) may be invoked by a former employee for post-termination retaliation by a former employer.
