Sixth Circuit Says DAB Must Reconsider Basis for Upholding CMP

The Sixth Circuit reversed and remanded October 27 a Departmental Appeals Board (DAB) decision affirming a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services imposed civil monetary penalty (CMP) of $621,250 against a skilled nursing facility.
