HRSA Refers Six Pharmaceutical Manufacturers to OIG for 340B Noncompliance

The Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) has referred six pharmaceutical manufacturers to the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General (OIG) for refusing to suspend certain policies the agency says restrict safety net hospitals’ access to discounts under the 340B program in violation of federal law.
