U.S. Court in Oregon Nixes Suit over Nurse Mealtime Rules

The U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon dismissed all claims brought by several hospitals against the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) over its rule prescribing nurse meal and rest periods.
