AHA, AMA File Lawsuit Challenging No Surprises Act Dispute Resolution Regulation

The American Hospital Association (AHA) and American Medical Association (AMA) are suing the federal government arguing a recently issued rule to implement the No Surprises Act's independent dispute resolution (IDR) process unfairly benefits commercial health insurers at the expense of health care providers contrary to the law.
