Mississippi Supreme Court Finds Med Mal Plaintiff Failed to Show Nursing Staff’s Inaction Caused Injury

The Supreme Court of Mississippi affirmed August 20 the dismissal of a hospital from a medical negligence case, finding the plaintiffs failed to prove any negligence by the hospital’s nursing staff that contributed to the death of the patient.
