At-Home Care Demo Generated Medicare Savings in 2020, CMMI Reports

The Independence at Home Demonstration (IAH), which provides chronically ill patients with primary care services in their homes, saved Medicare roughly 18%, or $42.3 million, in 2020 compared to spending targets, according to a May 23 fact sheet released by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI).
