HHS Gives State Medicaid Programs Another Year to Use Home- and Community-Based Services Funding

The Department of Health and Human Services is giving states another year—until March 31, 2025— to use funding under the American Rescue Plan (ARP) to expand home- and community-based (HCBS) services in their Medicaid programs.
