CMS Proposes Six-Month Delay of Medicaid Best Price Rule

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services is proposing to delay for six months the provisions of a final rule allowing pharmaceutical manufacturers to report multiple “best prices” for a drug for purposes of the Medicaid rebate program if prices are tied to a value-based payment (VBP) arrangement.
