DaVita, CEO Charged in DOJ Investigation of Health Care Labor Market Collusion

Health care provider DaVita Inc. and its former CEO Kent Thiry have been charged with two counts of violating the Sherman Act for conspiring with competing employers not to solicit certain employees, the Department of Justice announced July 15.
