Arizona Appeals Court Sides with Physician in Wage Dispute

The Arizona Court of Appeals said August 28 a hospital could not claw back a physician’s wages already paid that violated a contractual compensation cap. According to the appeals court, the lower court properly applied the voluntary payment doctrine to bar the recoupment.
