A False Claims Act (FCA) relator need not provide evidence of actual claims for payments or details including the dates of the alleged claims submitted, the amounts billed to the government, or the statements or codes used in specific claims under an implied false certification theory, the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas held November 19.
