Administration Distributing Additional $452 Million to Support State-Based Reinsurance Waivers

The 13 states with Section 1332 state-based reinsurance waivers will see an additional $452 million in federal funding from the American Rescue Plan Act to support their efforts to improve access to affordable health insurance coverage, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced September 7.
