States File Third Lawsuit Against Generic Drug Makers in Price-Fixing Probe

A coalition of 51 states and U.S. territories signed on to a lawsuit against 26 of the generic drug manufacturers and ten executives alleging a broad price-fixing conspiracy involving more than 80 generic topical drugs including creams, gels, and ointments used to treat skin conditions and allergies.
