California Appeals Court Says Patients Don’t Have Right to Direct Where Ambulance Takes Them

A person’s constitutional right of privacy does not encompass a right to direct an ambulance to the emergency room of one's choice during a medical emergency, the Court of Appeal of California said November 1.
