Physician Charged in COVID-19 False Claims Scheme

Dr. Charles Mok, has been charged in a criminal complaint for his alleged role in a health care fraud scheme involving the submission on of false claims to Medicare for services that were never rendered and/or were medically unnecessary, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan Matthew Schneider announced April 28.
