OIG: Most Medicare Beneficiaries Had Established Relationships with Providers of Telehealth Services During Pandemic

Eighty-four percent of Medicare beneficiaries who used at least one telehealth service from March through December 2020 received all their telehealth services from providers with whom they had an established relationship, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Inspector General (OIG) said in a report posted October 20.
