Antitrust Division Wins First Round in No-Poach Case, but There Is Lots More to Watch

Criminal no-poach cases brought by the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) are a recent development, and they’re on the rise. DOJ brought its first no-poach case in 2020, and we are aware of five additional cases being brought since, all but one involving health care companies and executives.
