Four More States Extend Medicaid Coverage for 12 Months Postpartum

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has approved four more states—California, Florida, Kentucky, and Oregon—to provide Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) coverage to enrollees for 12 months postpartum, the agency announced May 25.
