U.S. Court in DC Upholds PRRB Jurisdictional Dismissal of Hospitals’ DSH Challenge

The Provider Reimbursement Review Board (PRRB) properly dismissed two hospitals’ challenge to their Medicare disproportionate share hospital (DSH) reimbursement for jurisdictional reasons, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia held March 25.
