United Healthcare to Pay $15.6 Million to Resolve Alleged Mental Health Parity Law Violations

United Behavioral Health and United Healthcare Insurance Co. will pay $15.6 million under a settlement reached with the Department of Labor (DOL) and the New York Attorney General of allegations that they violated the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008.
