Michigan Appeals Court Dismisses Medical Malpractice Claim Against Pharmacy

The Court of Appeals of Michigan September 17 affirmed summary judgment in favor of defendant Plumbrook Pharmacy in a case involving a drug overdose death, finding as a matter of law, that a pharmacy can’t be held liable for medical malpractice.
