FTC Settles Antitrust Charges Against Alabama Dental Board

The Board of Dental Examiners of Alabama will no longer enforce a rule that the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) said blocked competition from providers of teledentistry-based teeth alignment products and services in violation of the antitrust laws, under a proposed consent agreement announced September 28.
