Pharmacy Chain Settles Allegations of Filling Invalid Prescriptions

Bartell Drug Inc. agreed to pay the government an $800,000 fine to resolve allegations that the pharmacy chain filled invalid prescriptions in violation of the Controlled Substances Act, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Washington Brian T. Moran announced December 17, 2020.
