U.S. Court in South Carolina Denies Summary Judgment to Chronic Care Management Provider in Payment Dispute with Medical Center

The U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina declined October 15 to wade into a contract dispute between a chronic care management (CCM) service provider and a medical center, finding summary judgment was not appropriate at this stage of the litigation as issues of material fact remained.
