U.S. Court in California Boots Claims Related to Care Rendered by Drug-Addicted Physician

The U.S. District Court of the Southern District of California dismissed January 26 claims surrounding a drug-addicted anesthesiologist’s treatment of a patient. The court found no merit to the plaintiff’s 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claims and said it had no jurisdiction over the remaining state law claims.
