Georgia Marketer Charged in Alleged Kickback Scheme Involving COVID-19 Testing

Eric Santos, who ran a marketing company in Georgia that generated leads to diagnostic testing companies, is facing charges that he accepted kickbacks in exchange for COVID-19 testing referrals, U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey Craig Carpenito announced March 30.
