Medical Practice, Physician Agree to $2 Million Settlement of False Claims Allegations

U.S. Attorney for the District of Alaska Bryan Schroder announced June 5 that Alaska Neurology Center LLC and its owner, Franklin Ellenson, M.D., have agreed to pay $2 million to resolve False Claims Act allegations that the medical practice knowingly submitted false claims to federal health care programs.
