A federal judge in New York found January 14 so-called “Pharma Bro” Martin Shkreli, who founded Vyera Pharmaceuticals LLC, liable for violating federal and state antitrust laws by scheming to jack up the price of a life-saving drug and then using a series of anticompetitive restrictions to block cheaper options.
