The One Big Beautiful Bill Act (Pub. L. No. 119-21), signed into law on July 4, 2025, contains the largest cuts in federal health care spending in the history of our nation. These cuts include approximately $1 trillion in cuts to Medicaid and, over a period of ten years, nearly $200 billion in cuts to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
