The Final Rule postponed some provisions in the February 2020 Proposed Rule. CMS intends, in subsequent rulemaking, to address changes to 42 C.F.R. §§ 422.166, 423.186, 422.514(d)(1), and 422.514(d)(2) from the February 2020 proposal.
