When entering into an employment agreement with a physician, it is important to ensure all of the key terms are addressed. This toolkit contains an example Physician Employment Agreement for a physician in a medical group, including provisions explaining duties, compensation and benefits, the relationship between employment and medical staff privileges, and other key provisions. The toolkit also contains an Employment Intake Checklist for an attorney representing a physician to think through what other provisions may need to be added to the agreement. This toolkit is a complement to the December 6, 2022 AHLA webinar, "Negotiating Physician Contracts."
