David S. Cade and Thomas N. Shorter presented to the State Bar of Wisconsin at the Annual HLE Conference

Washington, D.C. – David S. Cade, Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of AHLA, and Thomas N. Shorter, President of AHLA and partner with Husch Blackwell LLP presented to the State Bar of Wisconsin and attendees at the 2022 Health, Labor, and Employment Law Institute at the Glacier Canyon Lodge in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin, August 18-19.

Cade and Shorter shared the stage during the Health Law Annual Update on the first day of the conference and discussed how the COVID-19 pandemic continues to transform the health care landscape in unexpected ways and updated attendees on Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans and fraud enforcement by the Department of Justice.
