The American Health Law Association (AHLA) announces a panel of newly appointed government officials who will discuss federal health care priorities at the upcoming 2025 Annual Meeting. The session titled "HHS Priorities and Strategies for Success" will take place on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, from 8:00-8:45 am.
This gathering brings together key leadership from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of General Counsel (OGC), and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to provide attendees with valuable insights on federal health care priorities and regulatory direction.
"We are delighted to host this panel of government officials at our Annual Meeting," said David S. Cade, AHLA CEO. "As a nonpartisan organization committed to providing trusted education to health law professionals, we remain dedicated to keeping our members informed about evolving policy landscapes that impact their practice."
The panel features four newly appointed officials from the current administration: Hannah Anderson, Deputy Chief of Staff Policy, US Department of Health and Human Services; Robert Foster, Deputy General Counsel/Chief Counsel for Food, Research, and Drugs, FDA; Elizabeth C. Kelley, Acting Deputy General Counsel, US Department of Health and Human Services; and Sean Keveney, Acting General Counsel, Office of General Counsel, Department of Health and Human Services.
