New York Relaxes Requirements On Coronavirus Testing For Nursing Home Staff From Twice-Per-Week To Weekly

The AP (6/10, Villeneuve) reports, “New York is now allowing nursing homes in some parts of the state to test staff for COVID-19 only once a week, down from a sweeping twice-a-week mandate that began last month.” New York State Health Commissioner Howard Zucker said infection rates had decreased enough to relax the frequency of testing.
