Family Members Sue Michigan Nursing Home That Allegedly Did Not Allow Staff To Wear Masks

The Arizona Republic (8/30) reports that family members of a 68 year-old woman who died from COVID-19 at a Michigan nursing home have filed a lawsuit because they remembered seeing employees at the home not wearing masks and PPE. The lawsuit alleges that staff were told not to wear the masks by management.
