Bloomberg Law (9/9, Brown, Subscription Publication) reports behind a paywall that the Internal Revenue Service said Wednesday that uninsured people who are covered by Medicaid for coronavirus testing will still be eligible for premium tax credits if they purchase an Affordable Care Act plan.
