My health law journey started early. But the truth is, when I chose health law, I had no idea what the practice of health law looked like. Health law is a broad field that includes all facets of legal advocacy. What your practice will entail may be driven by fate, luck, and/or sheer conviction. I certainly leaned hard on all three, but being a first-generation attorney, the steps taken by health lawyers before me were beacons of light for my path. Here are tips that I learned while paving my road to health law.
