At the same time the health care industry continues to make progress in equity and inclusion, the legal community has been making strides in supporting initiatives to provide more opportunities for attorneys with diverse backgrounds to play meaningful roles in the delivery of legal services. Alternative dispute resolution in general, and arbitration specifically, provide an ideal backdrop for supporting such initiatives.
