Young Professionals—Reflections on Early Career and Pandemic Burnout

I am sure I heard the term burnout before my legal career, but I had never heard the term so widely used until I started working as an attorney at a law firm. Burnout seemed like something experienced by veteran professionals after years of legal practice. I did not think I would experience burnout so early in my career. Like most young adults in their twenties, I thought that I was invincible.
