Hospital to Pay $320,000 to Settle Self-Disclosed False Claims

U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia Bill Powell announced February 24 that Grant Memorial Hospital has agreed to pay $320,175.71 for submitting false medical claims to Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, VA, and Railroad Retirement Programs from September 2014 to March 2016.
