  • March 25, 2022

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is distributing an additional $413 million in Provider Relief Fund (PRF) Phase 4 payments to health care providers who have experienced revenue losses and expenses related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced March 22.

The fourth round of Phase 4 General Distribution payments are going to more than 3,600 providers across the country, HHS said.

According to a press release, roughly 89% of all Phase 4 applications have been processed, with more than $19 billion distributed since November 2021. “Remaining applications require additional manual review and HRSA is working to process them as quickly as possible,” the release said.
