Clinical Lab Reaches $25,000 Settlement of Potential HIPAA Security Rule Noncompliance

Peachstate Health Management, LLC, doing business as AEON Clinical Laboratories, agreed to pay $25,000 to resolve potential violations of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Security Rule, the Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights (OCR) announced May 25.
