CMS Approves Georgia’s Waiver to Exit Federal ACA Marketplace Platform

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services approved Georgia’s Section 1132 waiver request allowing it to implement a state-based reinsurance program and to no longer use the federal marketplace, healthcare.gov, and rely instead on private vendors.
