Self-Disclosure Leads to Nearly $10 Million Fraud Settlement

Centra Health Inc. and Blue Ridge Ear, Nose, Throat and Plastic Surgery, Inc. have agreed to pay the government $9,345,845 to settle claims alleging False Claims Act violations based on improper financial relationships, First Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Virginia Daniel P. Bubar announced April 22.
