The California Hospital Association (CHA) is suing Blue Cross of California, d/b/a Anthem Blue Cross, over a new policy to dock in-network facilities 10% of their reimbursement and potentially terminate them from its networks if a plan member receives care from an out-of-network physician during a hospital stay.
