Psychiatrist Agrees to $91,000 Settlement of Medicaid Fraud Allegations

U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania William M. McSwain announced April 21 that Pramod Pilania, M.D., has agreed to pay $91,109 to resolve allegations of Medicaid fraud.
