U.S. Court in D.C. Rejects Challenge to New Medicare Benefit for Hemp Products

The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia tossed May 22 a challenge to a new Medicare pathway for furnishing certain hemp products to beneficiaries finding none of the individuals or organizations that brought the lawsuit had standing.
