Second Circuit Affirms Dismissal of Antitrust Action Against UnitedHealthcare, MultiPlan

The Second Circuit refused February 6 to revive an anesthesiologist provider’s antitrust action alleging MultiPlan, Inc. and UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company of New York Inc. conspired to lower out-of-network rates.
